Social Media Strategy, Content Creation + Management
Melissa’s greatest quality is her ability to take initiative. She excels at the daily tasks expected of her, but also goes above and beyond to continuously challenge herself with new projects. She never ceases to surprise us with campaign ideas, new connections, and valuable observations. It’s evident that her top priority is the growth of the company.
Beyond Melissa’s go-getter attitude, she has a true thirst for learning and is a team player. Our company was featured on ABC’s hit show Shark Tank last season. With over 8 million viewers, we saw a huge surge in press and social media coverage. Melissa seamlessly maintained the personal experience our fans expected. She has always represented our brand professionally and with an eye on building relationships.
As a former Wall Street banker, I formally recruited MBA candidates from Harvard Business School. Melissa shares the same qualities of perseverance, thirst for learning, and pro-activeness that set apart the top candidates I have recruited.

Social Media Success for Teens Workshop
"Melissa Kimble is a dynamic speaker who engaged a diverse group of teenagers in best practices for social media. The students she spoke with left with tangible advice on how to use social media for their benefits and pitfalls to stay away from. "
- Elle Perry, Coordinator for The (Memphis) Teen Appeal Newspaper
The Teen Appeal is a citywide high school newspaper produced by the students of Memphis Shelby County Schools. It is supported by a generous grant from the Scripps Howard Foundation. The University of Memphis hosts and administers the program, hosting an annual week-long summer journalism camp as well as monthly staff meetings. Now in its 17th year, The Teen Appeal has a mission to recruit minorities into the nation’s newsrooms by introducing them to journalism during high school. Before its inception, the opportunity to work on a school newspaper did not exist for most Memphis high school students, especially those in majority African-American high schools. The Teen Appeal helps high school students develop skills in writing, interviewing, and multimedia production that are vital to their future success not only in journalism, but in life and I was honored to present a social media workshop for its students during its summer 2014 camp.

2013 Dreams Protected Tour
"Melissa was hired to manage our social media efforts, focusing mainly on a Q&A session in which she was proactive by selecting great questions and presented the questions in front of a live audience with great pose. She has an amazing understanding, instinct, and talent for Social Media marketing. I can say with full confidence that the Social Media integrations at the Dreams Protected Tour presented by American Family Insurance would not be the same without Melissa’s contributions.”
